Jim's Shoe Repair is the absolute best! I have been going to them for 20 years and have always experienced the highest quality service and the best results. The people there are great! They really know what they are doing and they do amazing work. Because of Jim's Shoe Repair, my shoes last for many years in great condition. I recommend them with great enthusiasm!

I gotta say, I'm always bracing for a letdown with these repair places. But dang, Jim's shoe repair? It's like finding a needle in a haystack! Last time, I hauled in my old, beat-up sandals, almost 20 years old, mind you. They were all dried out, color faded like an old photo. And Jim's? They worked magic! Turned them lemon-colored sandals softer than a baby's blanket and bright as a new penny. The insoles still show their age, but who's looking inside, right? When I strut around in them, it's like they're fresh out of the box. Can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm already digging through my closet for more stuff to get fixed up by them. Never thought I'd be this jazzed about shoe repair!

Just happened to be going to the theater across the street to see a performance! I noticed Jim’s Shoe repair and asked if they could fix a broken zipper on my bag! Not only were they able to fix my bag, they did it in under 10 minutes. All the staff I interacted with was very warm and friendly! I will definitely take the trip from my area and go there again for repairs!

Great shoe & bag repair shop. They have moved to a bigger space on the same street with two floors. I was impressed by their craftsmanship in repairing my boots & fixing a broken bag handlefor a good price and faster than most repair shops. My cute old cross-body Henri Bendel bag ( Bender closed permanently) metal handles broke from over use & excess weight & they repaired them. I'm delighted to have this bag for daily use. The customer service is excellent.

You never know what you're going to get when you try something new. I, prior to, my repair job, researched the best shoe repair in my area. This place popped up with pictures of other repairs. They take before and after pictures. Not knowing what to expect, I gave them a try. I am still looking at the level of craftsmanship that went into repairing and restoring my boots. I was amazed by the classy packaging. But the unveiling was pure AWESOMENESS!!! If you have a pair of shoes that you believe are lifeless, bring them to Jim's Shoe/Cobbler Concierge. A New York institution where sense of perfection meets excellence of service. They helped me bring back to life a pair of vintage Gucci pumps which were very damaged. They also went out of their way to stretch a pair of Minelli boots which took forever to fit. They did not spare their time nor effors to get both jobs right and only stopped when they were able to deliver an outstanding result. Their craftmanship is from another time in history and I will always be there to support their efforts transitioning in the digital world while maintaining the legacy of their quality work. I yet have to see a diligent customer-focused worker like CJ : he is always standing there behind the counter with a smile and amazing attitude : many thanks again to him and everyone else on the team.
